Who is responsible
Estudio Creativo Play.Interactive S.C. (“Play.Interactive”), located at Fuentes de Satélite 1, colonia Bellavista, C.P. 54054, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us on arcade.camp, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What data we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, your work email, your company’s name, your team’s size, the email and the project and communication tools you use, and anything you’d like to write in the comment. If you ask for an invoice and provide them: RFC, legal name, tax regime, tax postal code, CFDI use and the invoicing email. We don’t ask for sensitive data; please don’t write any in the comment.
To stop spam we use your IP address for a short while, plus an anti-bot check from Cloudflare. The IP is not stored with your sign-up.
Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, counts visits without cookies or identifiers (Cloudflare Web Analytics): how many pages are viewed, from which country and browser, in aggregate. It doesn’t know who you are or follow you across sites, which is why it doesn’t ask for permission.
If you accept analytics (the bar that appears when you arrive), Google Analytics records how you use the site: which pages you view, for how long, your type of device, browser and approximate country, and where you came from. We don’t use it to identify you or for ads. If you don’t accept, it doesn’t load.
What we use it for
- Necessary purposes: managing the waitlist, confirming your sign-up, contacting you about the Arcade pilot, answering your questions and, if you subscribe, issuing your invoices.
- Additional purpose: sending you Arcade news, only if you ticked the box. You can tell us to stop at any time, without affecting your place on the list.
How long
While the waitlist lasts and up to 12 months after Arcade opens to the public, or until you leave the list, whichever comes first. If you subscribe, your invoice data is kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights (ARCO) and how to withdraw consent
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected] with your name, the email you signed up with and what you’d like to do. We reply within 20 business days at most. To leave the list and delete your data right away, use the link in the confirmation email.
Changes
If this notice changes, we publish it here with its new date. If what we use your data for changes, we’ll let you know by email.
