Features

Everything that happens in Arcade.

A complete office for your remote team: where to bump into each other, where to meet, where to welcome clients and how to look after people. At the end, what’s coming very soon.

01 Your team

Together, even when everyone’s at home.

Walk up to someone and in under 2 seconds you can see and hear each other. Walk away and it’s over. Nobody schedules, nobody hangs up, nobody waits to be let in.

A real office, in your browser

Islands by area, joined by bridges, on a Caribbean lake or in an autumn forest.

  • Walk with the keyboard, a click or a finger; tap a spot and your avatar gets there on its own.
  • The camera turns, zooms and tilts so you can see faces and desks.
  • Nothing tall hides anyone: meeting rooms have glass walls.
  • Nobody walks through anybody. If someone’s in the way, your avatar says “excuse me” and goes around.
  • Works on your phone, upright and one-thumbed.
  • Nothing to install, and it barely touches your battery: it only draws when something changes.

Talk like in the hallway

  • Walk up to someone and in under 2 seconds you can see and hear each other. No clicking.
  • Conversations of up to 8 people; two nearby conversations never mix.
  • To leave, walk away. The audio cuts instantly.
  • An outline on the floor shows where a conversation is happening, and anyone can lock it.
  • If you’re heads-down, you join with your mic off.
  • Desk neighbors don’t end up on a call just for sitting together.
  • Wave 👋 at anyone, wherever they are, or call them to your desk: they answer “On my way” and walk over, or “Not now”.

Voice, video and screen

  • One button for the mic and one for the camera; everyone sees who’s muted.
  • Screen sharing, big and full screen.
  • Whoever is talking lights up.
  • If your headset disconnects, Arcade switches on its own. On a bad connection, your voice comes first.
  • If the browser is missing a permission, the office explains how to grant it.

Who’s here and what they’re doing

  • The team list shows who’s in, where, and their status: available, working, do not disturb or away.
  • Status notes that clear themselves: “🍽️ Lunch”, “🎧 Focus”, “📧 In a meeting that could’ve been an email” or your own.
  • “Go to…” walks you right up to the person.
  • If the network drops, it reconnects on its own. If you reload, you’re back where you were.
  • Adjustable sounds for each kind of alert, with five tones to choose from.

Spaces with rules

  • Your own desk, which stays yours even when the map is edited.
  • Meeting rooms, quiet zones and an area to announce something to the whole office.
  • Kitchen, a reception with your logo and a game room with ping-pong, foosball and an arcade cabinet.
  • A sign on your desk with your to-dos, only visible to you.

Chat

  • Direct messages, groups and a channel for the whole team.
  • A chat for each conversation and room while it lasts, guests included.
  • Images and documents up to 25 MB; photos get their location stripped.
  • Office-friendly GIFs, and notifications synced across your devices.
  • It lives inside the office, with no outside services.

Tasks and hoursWith Monday

  • Your Monday board in the side panel: status, priority, dates, people and subtasks.
  • Comments with replies and pasted images.
  • A floating timer that logs hours to Monday without touching manual entries.
  • Your pending and overdue items, on the sign at your desk.

GitHubWith GitHub

  • “Review requested”, “Your PRs”, alerts and news in one panel.
  • Heads-ups for reviews, red or fixed CI, releases and deployments, without interrupting.
  • Everyone sees their own projects with zero setup, and security alerts only reach those with access.
  • A GitHub screen as a piece of office furniture.

02 Your clients

Your clients don’t join a call: they walk into your office.

Lorena, from La Espiga Bakery, opens the link on her phone. She waits with your logo, someone in the room lets her in and she’s already at the table. No account, nothing to install.

Guests: your clients in your rooms

  • They come in with a link in under 30 seconds, no account or password. From their phone, too.
  • Invite them from the Calendar event, or with the “Invite” button from the room.Google Workspace
  • A waiting room with your brand; you decide who comes in.
  • Guests only see their room, and the server enforces it, not their browser.
  • Your team sees them tagged “Guest”, and the room is marked “with guest”.
  • A privacy notice before entering, and a guest log for admins.

Meetings and calendarWith Google Workspace

  • The office’s rooms are Google Calendar rooms: book them from anywhere.
  • The event link opens the office right in the room.
  • You get a heads-up 5 minutes before, and “Go to the room” walks you to a free chair.
  • Your status switches to “in a meeting” on its own, and back when it ends.

Webinars

  • Any member can create one: title, date, length and up to six speakers.
  • A registration page with your logo, showing the time in the viewer’s time zone.
  • Confirmation, reminder, change and cancellation emails, from your Workspace.Google Workspace
  • The audience watches on a lightweight page; your team, in the 3D auditorium. Up to 100 attendees.
  • A backstage during the countdown, and a host console: go live, bring people on stage and give them the floor.
  • Questions the audience upvotes, a chat you can switch off and live polls.
  • Attendance, questions, chat and poll results when it ends.

Recording, transcript and minutesWith Google Workspace

  • Room meetings and webinars can be recorded. Hallway conversations, never.
  • Recordings look like a video call: portraits for anyone without a camera (never a black box), a ring around whoever is speaking and the shared screen in big.
  • Nobody gets recorded without knowing: a notice before entering, a sound when it starts and a constant indicator. Guests included.
  • The transcript says who spoke and at what minute. Never “unknown speaker”: each mic is transcribed separately.
  • AI-written minutes: summary, decisions, to-dos with an owner, and topics.
  • Everything lands in your company’s Drive and on the event. The audio used for the transcript is deleted when it’s done.

03 Your people

Presence without pressure.

Arcade was designed with Mexico’s NOM-035-STPS-2018 in mind. Outside your hours, the office sends nobody notifications and gives no tokens: staying late earns nothing.

Wellbeing: presence without pressure

Arcade was designed with Mexico’s NOM-035-STPS-2018 in mind (the standard on psychosocial risk at work) and the right to disconnect from remote work.

  • The workday ends. When your hours are over, a friendly notice tells you so, once. After that, the office sends you nothing and gives you no tokens: staying late earns nothing.
  • Your schedule is yours, with lunch breaks that don’t count as absence.
  • No hidden monitoring. The welcome tour explains what’s measured and who sees it, and the explanation is always one click away.
  • Nobody gets put on display. Your attendance only shows what went well, your token balance is private and there’s no leaderboard.
  • Recognition and belonging: shout-outs between teammates and a monthly team goal with a prize for everyone.
  • Room to focus: “do not disturb”, quiet zones and your mic off when you walk into a conversation while working. The camera goes on when you want.

Schedules and attendance

  • Your own schedule for each day, with lunch breaks.
  • The workday logs itself: in, out and active time.
  • Everyone sees their own, which only shows what went well: “on time”, never “late”.
  • A team dashboard for admins, with same-day corrections and their reason, and a spreadsheet download.
  • Mexico’s official holidays and your own days off.

Tokens, shop and team goals

  • Tokens for being and working together: active time, meetings, guests, spontaneous conversations and a full week.
  • Shout-outs between teammates, with a note.
  • They’re never taken away, never count in performance reviews, and balances are private, admins included.
  • No leaderboard: one team goal a month, with a prize for everyone.
  • A shop where you try things on before buying, with same-day returns.
  • Each company decides which rules to use and how many tokens to give.

04 Your office

Yours, down to the last plushie.

Your avatar, your dog, your desk and the whole office, the way you like it. And for long days, confetti and a cartoon flamethrower.

15 hairstyles, 22 outfits and 22 characters. Whatever reflects who you are is free.
Eight emotes, confetti and a cartoon flamethrower that respects “do not disturb”.

Avatar

  • Two builds, two silhouettes and six skin tones.
  • 15 hairstyles in 7 colors, beard and mustache with their own color.
  • Clothes piece by piece in any color, and 22 ready-made outfits.
  • Hats, earrings, glasses and something in your hand: coffee, phone, a racket…
  • 22 special characters: vampire, astronaut, ninja, superheroine, Santa and more.
  • Whatever reflects who you are is free. Nobody pays to look like themselves.

Pets

  • 6 dogs and 5 cats, free, with a name and a bandana.
  • They follow you, sit next to you, lie at your feet and fall asleep when you’re away.

Emotes and fun

  • Eight emotes, each with its key: dance, celebrate with confetti, joy, anger, frustration, tiredness, boredom and another dance.
  • A cartoon flamethrower: 5 seconds of soot for whoever is in front of you. It respects “do not disturb”, can’t reach guests and your company can turn it off.

Office editor

  • Furnish from inside the office, with a catalog and thumbnails. Green if it fits, red if it doesn’t.
  • Islands, bridges, walls with doors and areas. The map grows with you.
  • Several people can edit at once, and changes show up live.
  • It won’t let you lock anyone in or block a door.
  • Undo, redo, and 100 versions to go back to.
  • Everyone decorates their own desk: plants, plushies, a coffee maker, an arcade cabinet, a mini fridge…

Administration and security

  • Sign-in with Google Workspace, only for your company’s domains.Google Workspace
  • Admin, member and guest roles, and outside guests by email.
  • “People and permissions”: roles, areas, blocks and a history of every change.
  • Each company is its own world: nobody sees another.
  • The server is in charge: nobody hops a wall or enters a room by tinkering with their browser.
  • Your brand at the entrance, at reception and on everything guests see.
  • A guided welcome the first time: avatar, schedule, desk and a tour.
