arcade.camp belongs to Estudio Creativo Play.Interactive S.C. (“Play.Interactive”), located at Fuentes de Satélite 1, colonia Bellavista, C.P. 54054, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, Mexico. By using the site you accept these terms.
What the site is
Information about Arcade and a waitlist for its pilot. Signing up doesn’t oblige you to subscribe, nor does it oblige us to give you a spot in the pilot.
Prices
Published prices are launch prices, in Mexican pesos with VAT included, and in US dollars for anyone paying from outside Mexico. They may change; what you subscribe to is governed by the price in effect on the day you subscribe and by your contract.
What’s coming
Anything the site presents as “What you’ll have available” or “On the way” is in development and can’t be used yet; it has no committed date.
Proper use
Don’t use the site to send spam, impersonate anyone, sign up other people without their permission, or try to damage or overload the service.
Intellectual property
The Arcade name, logo, texts, illustrations, 3D models and software belong to Play.Interactive. You may share links and screenshots of the site to talk about Arcade.
No warranties for the site
We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but it’s provided as is.
Privacy
What we do with your data is in the privacy notice.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the competent courts of Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico.
