Wellbeing
Presence without pressure.
A digital office built to look after the workday: it ends, it respects focus and it doesn’t turn anyone into a number.
Arcade, your remote team’s digital office, was designed with Mexico’s NOM-035-STPS-2018 and the right to disconnect in mind: everyone has their own schedule, the workday ends with a notice, nothing is earned after hours, each person knows what’s measured and who sees it, and tokens reward working together without punishing anyone.
Remote work has no door.
Without a place to close, the workday stretches, interruptions arrive at any hour and getting together becomes one more meeting on the calendar.
How it works
- 01
The workday ends.
Everyone has their own schedule. When it’s over, a friendly notice says so just once, and whatever you do after that earns no tokens: staying late wins nothing.
- 02
Room to focus.
“Do not disturb” keeps you out of proximity conversations, the “🎧 Focus” note asks people not to interrupt, and no conversations form in quiet zones.
- 03
Nothing behind anyone’s back.
The welcome explains what’s logged and who sees it. Your attendance only shows what went well, and your token balance is yours: not even admins see it.
- 04
Recognition without competition.
Everyone gives up to 3 shout-outs a day, with a note if they want. Tokens are earned by working together, never taken away, and there’s no leaderboard; the monthly goal belongs to the whole team.

On the way
What you’ll have available
- Achievements. Personal goals that unlock items, seen only by their owner.
Good to know
- Using Arcade isn’t complying with NOM-035: the standard asks the company to identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors, with its own policies and assessments. Arcade helps the digital office not work against that.
- Your teammates’ messages do arrive outside your hours; what stops are the tokens.
- Active time doesn’t measure performance, and tokens don’t count in any review.
Privacy
- Nobody sees anyone else’s tokens, not even admins: the organization only sees the team total.
- Each person sees their own attendance; admins, everyone’s; nobody else.
Questions
What is NOM-035?
NOM-035-STPS-2018 is the Mexican standard for identifying, analyzing and preventing psychosocial risk factors at work and promoting a favorable organizational environment. It applies to the company, not to the software it uses.
Are tokens used to evaluate people?
No. They don’t count in any performance review, are never taken away as punishment, and nobody else sees your balance.
What happens if I work outside my hours?
You can, but the office doesn’t reward it: no tokens are earned after hours.
Is there a leaderboard?
No. Nobody sees how many tokens, hours or achievements others have. The only shared bar is the team goal, with no per-person breakdown.
